Squarespace is looking for an Engineering Team Manager to lead the Dublin branch of our Help Experience team. The Help Experience team's mission is to empower our customers' business growth through an integrated support platform and increase operational efficiency of our Customer Operations department. Your work will directly support the 500+ advisors and the 1M+ customers who use our ecosystem of support tools each month.As the Engineering Team Manager, you will collaborate with Product and Design partners to guide the engineering team in driving technical improvements across our portfolio of applications. You will build new applications, adding features to existing applications, and ensuring clarity of priority and strategic direction with stakeholders across Engineering, Data, Product, and Customer Operations.You will mentor engineers across a spectrum of seniority, shape and communicate technical strategy with cross-functional partners, and understand the needs of both our business and our customers as we continue to scale our support platform across new markets and products.
