We are seeking a proactive Software Support Technician to join our client's Technical Support Team in Kerry.

Our client is a leading Medical Sales, Marketing, and Distribution company, renowned for excellence and representing top-tier brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional technical support, handling installations, and conducting end-user training.
  • Collaborating on project teams for larger installations.
  • Managing customer queries via phone/email and maintaining CRM records.
  • Identifying and escalating software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintaining performance standards and managing customer requests effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Background in operations or IT administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
