Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional technical support, handling installations, and conducting end-user training.
- Collaborating on project teams for larger installations.
- Managing customer queries via phone/email and maintaining CRM records.
- Identifying and escalating software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintaining performance standards and managing customer requests effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Background in operations or IT administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
