Seeking a proactive Software Support Technician for our client's Technical Support Team in Kerry. Requires strong IT skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support, handle installations, and conduct end-user training.
  • Collaborate on project teams for larger installations.
  • Manage customer queries via phone/email and maintain CRM records.
  • Identify and escalate software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain performance standards and manage customer requests effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Background in operations or IT administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
