About the Role

We are seeking a software verification and testing team lead and manager to join our machine learning verification team.

The verification lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers to ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards and for working with internal teams to ensure the end-to-end testing meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of 510 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning compiler software.
• Defining acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy.
• Working closely with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time.
• Ensuring that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring that the team is meeting customer requirements.
• Being the primary driver of code quality.
• Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline. A master's degree is preferable.
• 10+ years of practical experience in software testing.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and technical skills.
• Experience with compilers or hardware optimized software.
• A good eye for detail.
• Leadership skills.
• The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
