- Lead a team of 5-10 engineers to develop a verification process for complex machine learning compiler software.
- Define acceptance criteria, performance metrics, and test accuracy.
- Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure defects identification and resolution occurs on time.
- Ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
- Ensure that the team is meeting customer requirements.
- Be the primary driver of code quality.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline.
- Master's degree is preferable.
- 10+ years of practical experience in software testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Experience with compilers or hardware optimized software.
- A good eye for detail.
- Leadership skills.
- The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- Ph D in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
