Job Description
Seeking a Solicitor with 5+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation to join a busy litigation practice in Dublin.
Coleman Legal LLP is a leading litigation practice in Dublin, specialising in personal injury, medical negligence, and multi-party action cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with technical expert reports
- Good knowledge of EU law
- Liaising with counsel and management of case files to conclusion
- Interacting with technical experts, barristers, engineers, medical professionals, and other relevant third parties
- Preparing and managing expert witnesses as appropriate
- Conducting consultations and settlement meetings in tandem with counsel
- Managing a wide caseload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent drafting skills and communication skills
Requirements:
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in plaintiff litigation
- Experience in High Court litigation
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
Benefits:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience (€90,000 - €120,000)
