O'Dowd Solicitors are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy practice. Both full and part time applications will be considered; however, at least four days a week would be preferable. The location for the role can be in our offices in Glanmire, Cork or our offices in Fermoy, Co Cork depending on the preference of the successful candidate, although attendance at both offices will be required from time to time. Hybrid and/or remote working will not be considered as this is a client-facing role.While the role is primarily in the area of conveyancing, a degree of flexibility will be required, and the successful candidate may be asked to assist in litigation matters during busy periods.Qualifications and Skills:Excellent communication skillsStrong IT competency, including experience with legal case management systems and ExcelAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamAbility to effectively manage client expectationsOrganised with keen attention to detailSalary will be commensurate with experience.
