This exciting new role will appeal to Solicitors seeking a fresh opportunity with strong emphasis on work-life balance. The firm is very collegiate with strong resources and personnel. You will have experience within; Renewable Energy, Projects, Infrastructure and related activities. Our client has long established relationships within Renewable Energy and this opportunity will involve; Working with Utilities, Renewable Energy Companies on matters related to Running instructions, Dealing with developers, landowners, Infrastructure projects to include Telecoms related matters related to Communications masts, Charging Points Negotiations with landowners Drafting; Option Agreements, Licenses, Leases and Land Acquisitions Highly organised with strong project management delivery. Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines, be client focused and have efficient communication with clients Ability to maintain, nurture, and develop key client relationships Strong commercial acumen The ideal person will have a minimum of 4-5 years PQE in; Renewable Energy, Projects, Infrastructure. This role can be Hybrid (3 days in office), depending on the individual. The firm provides huge support, experience, and collegiality.
