Solution Architect - Limerick We are partnered with a leading technology firm in Limerick, currently seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Java and related technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the architecture of innovative solutions in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hybrid role that requires weekly onsite attendance. Desired skills: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs. Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable Java-based solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Java technologies within the solution architecture. Integrate Java frameworks with modern software practices to deliver high-performance applications. Drive technical innovation by evaluating and recommending new technologies relevant to Java-based environments. Oversee the deployment of solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. Required Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Java. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong background in designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins and Git for CI/CD.
