It’s all here, so take a closer look!About YouThe ideal candidate should have excellent technical and functional expertise of Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft cloud solutions and technologies (Office 365, Power BI, Fabric, etc.) and a keen interest in expanding their skillset into Artificial Intelligence.What You'll DoYou will be responsible for the overall design of Business Applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing Dynamics 365, the Common Data Service, and Azure components. You will strategically assist customers with assessments of their business needs, mapping these to system and technical requirements, and implementation within Dynamics 365. You will lead your team of business analysts, project leads, developers, and testers to deliver the complete solution to the customer.Lead a team to ensure consistent, positive client interaction, including managing offshore teams. Support sales activities. Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test project quality. Define technical, operational, and user requirements. Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues. Travel as required.The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesSolution envisioning and design in an Agile development environment, primarily using the Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).Communicate with business stakeholders and business analysts to ensure the solution design meets requirements.Work closely with developers to ensure the approach is in line with the proposed design and overall standards.Work with project management resources in the agile planning process - estimating development effort and allocation of development tasks.Make recommendations on the allocation of resources into sprint teams according to skills and capacity and provide mentoring support to developer resources.Identify project risks and participate in defining risk mitigation and control activities.Maintain lean documentation, ensuring it is kept relevant and useful.Assist with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates, and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.Participate in implementation customization and configuration for D365 & Power Platform solutions.Candidates Should Have The Following Skills And Experience3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect (or comparable role) within enterprise scale systems development projects.Extensive experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.Expertise in leveraging technology solution accelerators (reusable components, standardized workflows, and recommended configurations – deployment guidelines and toolsets).Ability to demonstrate a sound and detailed understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the various Microsoft technologies and how they piece together to build an overall solution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to present technical solutions in easy to understand business language.Equally comfortable talking to technical and business audiences and able to get their message across using a variety of tools - whiteboard, screen mock-ups, prototypes, flowcharts, etc.Strong self-management skills able to manage own workload to complete assigned tasks to time and quality.Experience working within a consultancy environment desirable.Entrepreneurial – proactively seeks out opportunities to grow their technology practice area and expand into emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.Nice to HaveExperience in the design and implementation of leading edge Artificial Intelligence solutions (Azure).Some experience in design and implementation of infrastructure solutions – n-tier infrastructure, security integration, database platforms, storage infrastructure, etc.A plus is membership or affiliation with relevant professional organisations (e.g., TOGAF).What do we offer you?Early Finish Friday @1.30pm.Competitive Remuneration package.Company matched pension.Flexible working options - Hybrid Working.Company phone & laptop.Clear career path and opportunities to grow.Life assurance.Health Benefits.On-site Gym.Ergonomic workstations.Family Leave Policies.EAP Service.Training & Certification support (education, certification and exams).Cycle to work scheme.Social events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
