Be part of our mission to empower customers and protect their data wherever it resides!Essential functions: Lead pre and post-sales tech enablement for exceptional deal success and customer satisfaction Conduct hands-on testing and co-author captivating use-case documentation Create dynamic content for engaging trade show and conference presentations Provide technical expertise for internal training and act as a customer/partner liaison Drive early access programs to ensure smooth feature adoption Influence product design and prioritization through comprehensive insights Collaborate with engineering and product management for innovative designs Conduct market analysis to inform strategic product decisions Job Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience with Data Protection solutions, including disaster recovery solutions, and hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Good understanding of a virtualization infrastructure (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V), deployment of datastore for VM provisioning on various types of storage media Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP is a huge advantage Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of a database or VM administrator lifecycle. Customer-centric mindset, adept at understanding and resolving customer problems. Advantageous experience working in globally distributed teams.
