Solution Consultant Wanted for Client-Facing Role in Dublin 4
We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Sales team in Dublin 4. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in the sales process by helping new customers understand how our platform can revolutionize their assessment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop scalable, secure solutions tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of the platform.
- Customer Engagement and Workshops: Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through the technical aspects of the platform.
- Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication of requirements, issues, and timelines.
- Technology Leadership and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive in the online assessment space.
As a Solution Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Sales Consultants to deliver workshops, presentations, and demos that showcase how technology meets client needs.
- Define integration strategies and provide comprehensive documentation for both internal teams and clients.
- Propose improvements to existing functionality based on market engagement, and identify technical initiatives to streamline the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Pre-sales experience with Java, AWS, Agile, and SaaS.
