I am looking for a Solution Consultant to join my client's Sales team in Dublin 4.

In this permanent hybrid role, you will play a key part in the sales process by helping new customers understand how the platform can revolutionize their assessment delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be the crucial link between clients and the product development team, making your ability to communicate technical concepts and design solutions essential.

Key Responsibilities


  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develop scalable, secure solutions tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of the platform. Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their systems, workflows, and integration needs. You'll define integration strategies and provide comprehensive documentation for both internal teams and clients.
  • Customer Engagement and Workshops: Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients through the technical aspects of the platform. You'll collaborate with Enterprise and Sales Consultants to deliver workshops, presentations, and demos that showcase how technology meets client needs. Your technical expertise will be vital in pre-sales engagements and sales pitches.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication of requirements, issues, and timelines. Work closely with product development to ensure customer needs are reflected in the company's technology roadmap and product features.
  • Technology Leadership and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive in the online assessment space. Propose improvements to existing functionality based on market engagement, and identify technical initiatives to streamline the sales cycle. You will also share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of continuous learning.
