Role Overview: The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Owner to join the Global Bid Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and delivering end-to-end, complex MBPS solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Managing Director for Growth and Bid Manager, to create compelling, innovative solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design of innovative MBPS solutions utilizing the latest technologies and capabilities. * Develop solutions independently before engaging with customers, ensuring they align with customer requirements and expectations. * Engage with customers to present solutions and secure new business opportunities. * Translate customer requirements (both functional and non-functional) into effective solutions, ensuring accountability for business outcomes. * Demonstrate thought leadership across various functions, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external customers. * Support the creation of new strategic initiatives and service propositions. * Develop cost models, capturing full-service lifecycle costs and supporting the finance team with proposal pricing. * Create repeatable solution frameworks for efficient, rapid responses. * Manage solutions through internal governance processes and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams. * Develop risk management plans and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform new solutions and services. * Promote the company's brand at conferences, trade shows, and through social media and blogging. Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in leading the development of complex, innovative MBPS solutions, with a focus on digital transformation, and managing multi-disciplinary teams for projects exceeding £10 million. * Expertise in all aspects of solution development, including business processes, technology, transition, and transformation. * Strong skills in understanding and shaping customer requirements, developing solution architecture, and producing high-level designs. * Capable of defining solution performance metrics and SLAs, as well as creating accurate and cost-effective cost models. * Proficient in stakeholder and risk management, with a collaborative approach to working with partners. * Skilled in building trust and rapport with clients, presenting solutions effectively, and writing compelling proposals and case studies. * Proactive and results-driven leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills. * Able to work to tight deadlines and deliver results efficiently. * Good understanding of technology solutions supporting MBPS services, including contact centre and CRM technologies.
