Solutions Architect - €850 Per Day About the Role: High profile Irish Government Department requires a Solutions Architect to join them and play a key role in an upcoming project involving the design and implementation of a new Case Management (CMS) solution to enhance the organisations current customer service interface. The role has a Hybrid attendance requirement, with candidates required on site at the Organisations Dublin City centre basis on a 2 day per week basis. As extra days in the office will be required on an occasional basis, all prospective candidates should be based within the Republic of Ireland. (Fully remote options are not available at present) This role is initially offered on a one year contract basis with a strong probability of extension for a further 12 months if not longer. NB - All prospective candidates must be in a position to live and work in the Republic of Ireland for the duration of this contract. Responsibilities of Role * Solution Architecture: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in MS Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. This includes creating and customizing entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports. * Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs. * System Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 CRM system settings and security roles to ensure compliance with business needs and data protection regulations. * Data Management: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during imports/exports. * Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user guides. * Continuous Improvement and Deployments: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes. * Azure DevOps: Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation, working and developing CICD pipeline Essential Candidate requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other area relevant to the role Microsoft Certified Professional - Preferably covering 365, Azure & Dynamics Previous experience working on Customer Service/Case Management Solutions Have spent 7+ Years as a Solutions Architect/Senior developer, which must include extensive experience with: o Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps development o MS Dynamics solution Design, Configuration and Customisation o Azure Cloud, application hosting and services o Experience with Power Platforms and Power Apps o Data modelling and entity relationships with Dataverse o Architectural drawings, Scripting and Code Development o Dynamics 365 SDK (Software Development Kit) and solution integrations o Data Management and API integrations o Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud services o Release management, CI/CD pipelines o Sys Admin skills, environment management and security compliance IMPORTANT - All applicants must have immediate availability to work in the EU - Candidates that require any kind of Visa sponsorship or work will not be considered at present To Apply: For more information on this role, please contact Nall on or send current CV along with brief cover letter Skills: Solutions Architect Software Development Azure DevOps Azure Cloud
