Solutions Engineer
We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA Enterprise team. This role requires strong technical expertise and collaboration skills to support our Account Executives in creating innovative solutions on the Procore Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to design and propose solutions that address client challenges and showcase Procore's value.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to prospects and partners throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Procore's product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies.
- Support the enablement of new Account Executives to ensure their success in the sales process.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop best practices and drive Procore's evolution as a market leader.
Requirements:
- Essential fluency in French and English for clear communication.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of successful engagement and support with clients in an Enterprise setting.
- Understanding of complex web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar.
- Understanding of enterprise technology environments, including storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and security.
