Job Description
Seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives in creating innovative solutions on the Procore Platform, supporting the entire sales process and driving value for clients.
As a member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will work closely with Account Executives to provide technical support, design solutions, and position Procore as a leading construction software solution.
This role will report to the Director of Solutions Consulting, EMEA and will be based in our Dublin office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre-sales technical support to prospects and partners
- Working with the Sales team to close new business by designing solutions that create value for clients
- Supporting the enablement of new Account Executives for success
- Completing immersion and mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
- Collaborating with all levels of the Procore organisation to develop best practices and drive Procore's evolution as a market leader
Requirements include:
- Essential fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Spanish (a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Enterprise customers
- Proven track record of successful engagement and support with clients in an enterprise setting
- Proven performance in a Solutions Engineer role selling a SaaS solution
- Understanding of complex web and mobile applications
- Understanding and/or strong interest in developing a working knowledge of enterprise technology environments
