Job Description

We are currently looking for an Experienced Sous Chef to become part of our team and help us provide outstanding service and a fantastic customer experience in one of the most well-known Pan Asian restaurants in Dublin.


The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in a fast paced licenced premises and demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as being customer focused.


Role and Responsibilities Report to Head Chef Ability to maintain high standards, communication and leadership during high pressurized moments of service Ensure all supplies are fresh and of a high standard, and to pass on any problems to Head Chef.


Creative mind and ability to keep up to date with culinary trends Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and hygiene checked daily.

Ensure HACCP system is being adhered to.

Comply to Company Policy regarding Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care and Security.
