Join our team as a Spa Therapist at Carton House, a five-star resort destination in Ireland.
We're seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to deliver exceptional spa experiences to our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of therapy treatments, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and exceeding our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional appearance and ensure all guests receive a genuine courteous welcome on arrival and departure.
- Conduct therapy treatments to the highest standard in line with company standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs to enhance the quality of service and exceed their expectations.
- Represent Carton House's passion for customer service and ensure each guest has a memorable experience.
- Assist in promoting services and products within the resort and maximize sales opportunities.
- Be aware of resort promotions and special activities.
- Continually aim to improve guests' experiences and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Be fully qualified in beauty and massage treatments (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Appreciate the holistic nature of our spa environment.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills - fluency in English is essential.
