As a Specialist, Upstream Manufacturing at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of patients through cutting-edge biologics manufacturing.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at the Cruiserath Biologics Campus in Dublin. As a Specialist, Upstream Manufacturing, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing commercial manufacturing processes according to established work instructions
  • Creating and updating operating procedures and documentation for large-scale manufacturing
  • Operating production equipment within the assigned functional area
  • Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participating in investigations and optimization of processes using scientific, engineering, and lean principles
  • Proficiently using process automation systems (Delta V and Syncade) and supporting business systems (SAP, Infinity, Maximo)
  • Assisting with review of batch and exception reports for manufacturing lots

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of Level 6 qualification in an Engineering/Science related discipline (or relevant experience in a similar regulated industry)
  • 3+ years of experience in a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility
  • Experience with Delta V and MES or similar control and data acquisition systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
