Experienced Speech and Language Therapist sought to provide patient-centred care in a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
Assessment & Therapy:
- Conduct assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Design personalized therapy plans.
Treatment:
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
- Track and document client progress.
Clinical Leadership:
- Supervise staff and prioritize tasks.
- Support student therapist education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- CORU registration.
- Dysphagia qualification (IASLT accredited).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience with adults, including neuro-disability or mental health settings.
