RecruitNet International Ltd is currently hiring for Activity Coordinator (Healthcare) for Private Hospitals in Dublin, Ireland. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland. 3 years of full-time post-qualification clinical experience working with adults. At least 1 year of full-time experience working within a Neuro-disability setting or a Mental Health setting with adults. Compassionate and patient-centred approach to therapy. Responsibilities: Providing therapy sessions to clients, both one-on-one and in group settings, using evidence-based techniques. Evaluating, monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care. Be able to make clinical decisions following assessment of complex cases. Document all assessments, diagnoses, treatment / intervention plans, clinical notes, relevant contacts and summaries in accordance with department and professional standards. Develop the role of the Senior Speech and Language Therapist and the service e.g. through planning, audit, production of standards, continuing education, quality improvement initiatives and research.
