Advent Solutions are Proud to be recruiting for an experiencedSpeech and Language Therapistwho is passionate about patient-centred care, Speech and Language Therapist - Summary of Responsibilities: Assessment & Therapy: Conduct assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, and design personalized therapy plans. Treatment: Provide one-on-one and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, while tracking and documenting client progress. Collaboration: Work with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams (MDT) to ensure consistent, holistic care. Leadership: Provide clinical leadership by supervising staff, prioritizing tasks, and supporting student therapist education. Decision-Making & Documentation: Handle complex cases, capacity assessments, and maintain comprehensive clinical records. Service Development: Contribute to service improvements through audits, planning, and research, while ensuring adherence to best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy, CORU registration. Dysphagia qualification (IASLT accredited) and at least 3 years of clinical experience with adults, including neuro-disability or mental health settings.
