**Speech and Language Therapist Wanted** A dynamic and supportive environment is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to work with children with complex needs and their families. **Job Description** As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with children presenting a range of communication difficulties, including speech, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive care and support to children and their families. **Key Responsibilities** • Work with children with complex needs and their families • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care • Provide regular supervision and support to staff grade therapists • Participate in ongoing training and professional development **Requirements** • BSc/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent • CORU Registration • 3+ years post-graduate experience for Senior post • Full Driver's Licence with access to own transport • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities (desirable) • Undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in dysphagia and at least 6 months experience working in this area **Company Information** This service is renowned for investing in the future of their staff, providing excellent training opportunities, a friendly and supportive culture, and manageable caseloads.
