Developing Youth Sports Coordinators

We are seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches, building relationships and delivering instructional aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game day

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, for the full duration of the season
