Lilly is a global healthcare leader seeking a Competive Continuous Improvement (CCI) Coach to lead Operational Excellence efforts, drive continuous improvement, and promote Lean principles and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or technical fields, with experience in leading projects and improvement initiatives using a CI methodology. Key responsibilities include partnering with organizational levels to lead OE efforts, establishing the integration and flow of metrics, and maintaining the technical aspect of digital LEAN tools. The successful candidate will also contribute to the CCI&OE program strategy, collaborate with central CCI&OE function, and lead on engagements to facilitate chosen methodologies. Additional skills include strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
