**Job Summary:** Lead a team to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, utilizing Lean principles and digital tools to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Responsibilities:** * Partner with organizational levels and global functions to lead Operational Excellence efforts and drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and tools. * Utilize digital LEAN tools to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. * Establish the integration and flow of metrics cross-functionally site-wide. * Maintain and sustain the technical aspect of our Lilly Digital Integration Tool and Lean Management System. * Coach key roles in the organization and implement best practices. * Attend functional and flow team huddles to offer live coaching and feedback to identify waste or process improvement items. * Ensure full integration and alignment to KPIs for each huddle area. * Design and govern the establishment of CCI & OE systems within assigned areas. * Facilitate the deployment of system standards. * Capture benefits of CCI program and report to site & executive leadership teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline. * 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. * Experience with leading projects/improvement initiatives using a CI methodology. * Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt or similar level of Lean Coach/Practitioner Certification. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Strong history of digital transformation project implementation.
