We're looking for a Competitive Continuous Improvement (CCI) Coach to lead Operational Excellence (OE) efforts and drive continuous improvement by combining knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing with Lean principles and tools. Responsibilities include facilitating the implementation and maintenance of the daily management system, establishing integration and flow of metrics, and leveraging results of systems assessment to coach key roles. Additional responsibilities include leading the establishment of CCI & OE systems, facilitating the deployment of system standards, and capturing benefits of the CCI program. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline, 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, and experience with leading projects/improvement initiatives using a CI methodology. Preferences include Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar level of Lean Coach / Practitioner Certification, strong communication skills, and a strong history of digital transformation project implementation. This position is located onsite in Raheen, Limerick with periodic travel may be required,
