Job Description

Job Description: The Competitive Continuous Improvement (CCI) Coach will support site readiness from a CCI perspective, leading Operational Excellence efforts and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities include facilitating the implementation and maintenance of the daily management system, establishing the integration and flow of metrics, and leveraging results of systems assessment to coach key roles. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, and experience with leading projects/improvement initiatives using a CI methodology. Additional skills include strong communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, as well as a history of digital transformation project implementation. This position is located onsite in Raheen, Limerick, and periodic travel may be required. This role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the implementation and maintenance of the daily management system using digital LEAN tools
  • Establishing the integration and flow of metrics cross-functionally site-wide
  • Leveraging results of systems assessment to coach key roles in the organization and implement best practices
  • Leading the establishment of the CCI & OE systems and facilitating the deployment of system standards
  • Facilitating and executing the process of systems governance and assessment, as well as the continuous improvement of the systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with leading projects/improvement initiatives using a CI methodology
Preferred Skills:
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt or similar level of Lean Coach/Practitioner Certification
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence across organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change while managing multiple, shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong history of digital transformation project implementation
