Job Description
We are seeking a Competitive Continuous Improvement (CCI) Coach to partner with organizational levels and drive Operational Excellence efforts across a site, utilizing Lean principles and tools. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business or technical discipline and 3-5 years of experience leading projects and improvement initiatives. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus. The CCI Coach will lead the implementation and maintenance of the daily management system, facilitate the deployment of system standards, and contribute to the CCI & OE program strategy. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities. This position is located onsite in Limerick and may require periodic travel.
