As a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will guide large and complex UK&I customers through their cloud adoption journey. You will ensure cross-functional team collaboration to deliver customer outcomes, and be a trusted partner leveraging transformation expertise to guide customers. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey, and evangelizing AWS services to deliver great customer experiences.
