DevOps Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, implement and improve architecture and performance of large-scale distributed systems.
• Write tools and scripts to automate maintenance and monitoring tasks and implement efficient, and robust features to build scalable infrastructure.
• Design/build backend services/systems to ensure stability and high-performance and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Work hand in hand with engineers to develop tools to automate tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and improve scalability/reliability to keep up with our growth.

Qualifications:

• A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, etc.
• An ability to pick up new programming languages quickly.
• Extensive experience developing infrastructure as code Automation using tools such as Terraform.
• 3+ years of experience building a microservice infrastructure using at least one (or more) of the following: Node JS, Python, Go, Perl.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure solutions (security, storage, networking, containers, databases).
• Experience building and scaling large distributed systems and cloud computing with one (or more) of the following: AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar.
