Job Description
Summary of the job: We're seeking Senior Electrical Engineers to implement and evaluate our designs, innovate and expand our data center footprint, and design resilient electrical distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce clear documentation such as design specifications, drawings, and diagrams.
- Implement the Global Electrical Basis of Design (BoD) by standardizing data center electrical designs.
- Develop solutions that meet quality requirements within budgetary constraints.
- Define project scope, provide technical support, and manage concurrent projects.
- Specify electrical equipment with regional vendors and manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical design.
- Excellent understanding of regional electrical codes and data center electrical equipment.
- Good working knowledge of BIM and Revit, and ability to research new designs and technologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and experience with construction, operation, or maintenance of data centers.
