**Senior Engineering Manager for Contractor Management Platform** We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Contractor Management Platform, empowering businesses to manage and streamline their contractor workforce efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with engineering leadership, product owners, and stakeholders to develop software architecture and design • Create and drive detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of development plans to meet business goals and schedules • Guide teams to deliver value by setting a data-driven strategy aligned with the organization and business goals • Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams • Define and ensure engineering excellence is practiced in teams, utilizing metrics to track progress • Promote innovation in technologies, processes, and tools • Manage, mentor, and develop team members **Requirements:** • 10+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based commercial software platforms and products • 5+ years of experience leading complex software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong technical leadership and people management experience • Experience with back-end and front-end technologies, including Node.js, React, Java, Spring, CSS, REST, Graph QL, SQL, etc. • Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies • Experience with serverless technologies and AWS certification a plus • Experience implementing Well Architected Framework guidelines around security, performance, operational excellence, and scalability • Experience migrating large monolithic applications to modern cloud architectures • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Emotionally mature team player with a positive can-do attitude • Proven track record of attracting and retaining talent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
