Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives to improve Kaseya's security posture, executing Red Team activities, promoting cybersecurity culture, and mentoring cybersecurity engineers.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:The ideal candidate is an experienced Offensive Security Engineer with strong leadership skills, effective communication, project management, and team management skills. You should be able to work autonomously and demonstrate resilience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices.Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members.Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.Coordinate and participate in Red Team activities.Perform threat actor simulation as part of Red Team exercises.Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Red Team activities.Maintain and develop engineering and security documentation.Offer remediation guidance to stakeholders for identified issues.Work with stakeholders to refine the acceptance criteria of security objectives.Perform other security-related duties as assigned.Assist management with non-technical activities as required.Limited travel may be required.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Experience with Red Teaming methodologies and industry frameworks.Understanding of systems security, vulnerabilities, and architecture.Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).Excellent understanding of cybersecurity in Windows infrastructure.Strong leadership skills to mentor junior team members and lead projects.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:3 years of prior experience as a Senior Offensive Security Engineer.Working understanding of modern security vulnerabilities and best practices.Strong understanding of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.Experience scripting and automating penetration tests.Understanding of EDR and MDR platforms.Experience in enterprise environments.Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, EDRs, IDS/IPS systems, and other security technologies.Experience performing Red Team exercises in complex environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for documentation.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and an insatiable desire to learn.Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.Continuously strive for the betterment of engineering at Kaseya.Develop and enforce Security standard methodologies, processes, and tools.Identify trends in need of larger solutions beyond immediate problems.Design and champion best Security practices within the organization.If this sounds like the right career for you, please apply.
