Job Description
A senior operations engineering program manager is needed to lead the product innovation and operations team for Ireland, partnering with contract manufacturers to bring life-changing technologies to market for people living with diabetes. Responsibilities include overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects, monitoring project progress, and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, and strong technical communication skills.
- Lead operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Monitor project progress
- Develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Evaluate device designs using DFM methodology
- Review testing on early-stage designs
- Provide timely feedback to the innovation group
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in early-stage innovation programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SAP/Agile and CAD systems is a distinct advantage
- Good technical communicator with fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
