Job Description

Develops and leads technical support processes, directs Support AEs, drives knowledge best practices, and ensures scalable support through high quality content. Partners with director-level management and project teams to develop customer support strategies and provides accurate and holistic technical solutions. Creates new solutions, design flows, and design environments to meet customer requirements. Develops and selects process and service improvements for Customer Support based on a thorough understanding of business needs and industry trends. Communicates highly-complex ideas, persuades others to adopt a different point of view, and leads medium-size project teams to deliver quality results according to schedule requirements. Leads multiple highly-complex projects of diverse scope, exercises judgment, and identifies innovative solutions. Contributes to helping R&D understand the customer's perspective to enable better and more usable products. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering and 10+ years of related experience, with expertise in CDN tool set and ability to analyze customer's environment and architect appropriate support solutions. Exposure to VLSI design flow and/or System Design Engineering experience is also preferred.
