**Senior Product Manager – Platform (Ireland)**
We're seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the development of our platform products, driving innovation and growth in a dynamic and global environment.
**About the Role**
As a Senior Product Manager for Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform strategy and driving the success of products that form the foundation for our service offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our platform products, focusing on key platform services, including dynamic form generation, product journey orchestration, component libraries, design systems, and frontend developer tools.
- Drive the evolution of product journey orchestration tools, ensuring they enable efficient, scalable operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver a robust and reusable component library and design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform.
- Enhance the developer experience by building tools and frameworks that streamline frontend development, improve productivity, and reduce operational overhead.
- Oversee the navigation architecture of the platform, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience that supports both internal teams and external customers.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define platform architecture, APIs, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
- Contribute to the platform's overall strategy, enabling the scalability and usability of core features that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate across functions, building strong relationships with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, UX, customer success, and support teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, articulating the vision and value proposition of our platform products.
**Requirements**
- Extensive experience in managing complex platform services, especially in areas such as workflow management, orchestration tools, and UI / UX frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal customers, especially PMs of business applications.
- Skilled in building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating to ensure alignment.
- Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing requirements, particularly in situations with conflicting needs.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and make strategic, value-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse cross-functional teams and providing clear updates and feedback loops.
- Expertise in creating detailed and clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications, ensuring comprehensive and understandable documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.
- Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Solid technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
