**Senior Product Manager – Platform (Ireland)**

We're seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the development of our platform products, driving innovation and growth in a dynamic and global environment.

**About the Role**

As a Senior Product Manager for Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform strategy and driving the success of products that form the foundation for our service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our platform products, focusing on key platform services, including dynamic form generation, product journey orchestration, component libraries, design systems, and frontend developer tools.
  • Drive the evolution of product journey orchestration tools, ensuring they enable efficient, scalable operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver a robust and reusable component library and design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform.
  • Enhance the developer experience by building tools and frameworks that streamline frontend development, improve productivity, and reduce operational overhead.
  • Oversee the navigation architecture of the platform, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience that supports both internal teams and external customers.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define platform architecture, APIs, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
  • Contribute to the platform's overall strategy, enabling the scalability and usability of core features that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across functions, building strong relationships with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, UX, customer success, and support teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, articulating the vision and value proposition of our platform products.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience in managing complex platform services, especially in areas such as workflow management, orchestration tools, and UI / UX frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal customers, especially PMs of business applications.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating to ensure alignment.
  • Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing requirements, particularly in situations with conflicting needs.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and make strategic, value-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse cross-functional teams and providing clear updates and feedback loops.
  • Expertise in creating detailed and clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications, ensuring comprehensive and understandable documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Solid technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
