Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationJob title: Sr. SAP Business Leader Location:Dublin. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model. Job Summary: This role will be the Sr. SAP Business Leaderand reports into the Ireland Tax Hub GM and have a dotted line within the Information Technology Group. The role will be based in Ireland. The role will collaborate with Product, Offering, Engineering and Order Management teams to support the IT systems – such as SAP, Salesforce, Flexera, Siebel and other bespoke tools -used by the Ireland Hub to provide global sales and distribution of the Honeywell software products. In addition, the Ireland Hub is working to implement SAP S4 HANA and SAP BRIM to provide subscription & entitlement management of its SaaS and on-prem products. This role will be responsible for deploying standards in the new tool, working with their functional partners, and performing training. Key Responsibilities: ·Review the performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements. ·Partner with business groups to set strategic direction and develop and improve processes and procedures. ·Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards. ·Assesses and identifies technology needs and opportunities, making recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements. Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize processes and workflows. ·Support and guide integration of SAP systems to critical business systems ·Ensure IT compliance with local country laws and help the Group IT Cybersecurity team to minimize cybersecurity risks in the Group ·Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and share best practices with the group IT Competence Centers in order to design possible IT-based innovation paths ·Review solution designs to provide feedback and ensure requirements are met by proposed design ·Manage day to day operational end-user support of IT systemsKey requirements: ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field ·Solid of experience in an IT, SAP of relevant Business Analyst role ·Strong understanding of IT ecosystems and IT innovation paths ·Experience working with SAP modules such as FI/CO ·Experience leading SAP projects and managing software development life cycles. ·Experience with a programming language such as bash, python, Java Our offer: ·A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovation in an international work environment ·Market specific training and ongoing personal development. ·Experienced leaders to support your professional development Equal opportunity statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
