About the Role
- Build scalable AI solutions for global hiring
- Independently architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable user interfaces and REST API services primarily with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Lead, mentor, and own sprint outcomes for small teams
- Collaborate closely with a small, focused, supportive, and energetic team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers
- Mentor software engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field and 4+ years' experience developing software
- Expert in at least one: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and/or React
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple technologies
- Proficiency with test automation and unit testing
- Expert with modern SPA and REST API-based architectures
- Proficiency with software engineering best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
