We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Specialist/Expert Specialist - CMS HCP Contract to Pay - Iberian Hub. This role will be based in Cork, Ireland, and will be part of a diverse team of over 1,800 employees across 38 nationalities.
The successful candidate will provide expert Contract to Pay services for Healthcare Professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing information and support to Contracting to Pay queries from external HCPs and internal business partners
- Coordinating and executing the Contract to Pay process in a compliant manner
- Ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process
- Ensuring adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs
- Supporting global/regional CMS projects and providing cover for team members
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in CMS HCP C2 P and customer-facing experience with excellent communications and compliance skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English language essential
- Experience in Sales Force, SAP P2 P module, MS Office, and Contracting systems an advantage
