As a senior level employee relations expert, you will manage complex employee relations inquiries and issues, conduct investigations, and provide insights into employee relations. You will lead Employee Relations projects, including labor relations and manager coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations cases independently and make recommendations.
  • Document inquiries, actions, and outcomes into case management tools.
  • Lead and document thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints.
  • Provide specialist advice on labor relations requirements and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and processes.
  • Deliver coaching, advice, and manager training on employee relations matters.
  • Keep up to date with local labor law changes and provide direction to ensure local compliance of key corporate initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of Employee Relations experience in Human Resources within Labor Relations in EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor law in European countries.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, influencing, and decision-making.
  • Proactive team player with an 'out of the box' thinking approach.
