The successful candidate will design, develop, and lead cross-functional teams to launch new neurosurgical products, improve patient outcomes, and advance neurosurgery. Key responsibilities include determining technical objectives, monitoring progress, leading capital acquisition, and analyzing equipment. A B.S. in an engineering discipline, 4+ years of experience in a similar role, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
