Seeking a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to provide high-quality services to adults with musculoskeletal conditions in a primary care setting.
We are a dynamic primary care team based in Co Clare, seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver effective manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize recovery and patient satisfaction.
- Educate patients on their conditions and promote self-management strategies to enhance long-term outcomes.
- Provide advice on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and ergonomic solutions for pain management.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and contribute to shared decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional standards and confidentiality guidelines.
- Complete relevant administrative tasks, including patient reports and referral letters, in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical guidelines.
Essential Criteria
- Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
- CORU registration.
- Proven experience working with adult patients in a primary care or outpatient setting.
- Substantial experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
