Job Description
Cath Lab Nurse required for a hospital in Dublin, providing high-quality nursing care and supporting colleagues in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care, adhering to hospital policies and the Code of Professional Conduct.
- Provide emergency care and routine nursing duties independently, supporting colleagues in delivering high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate, high-standard documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety policies, reporting any risks.
- Administer medication and manage departmental responsibilities while fostering good relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
Requirements:
- Registered on the general division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Cath Lab (Irish or UK Hospital).
- Proven clinical and professional competence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Competency in the English language.
- Good character.
Desirable Requirements:
- Cardiology qualification is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to manage clinical and non-clinical situations.
- Teamwork skills in delivering nursing care.
- Capacity for responsibility and individual initiative.
- Interest in quality initiatives within the Nursing Service.
- Knowledge of risk management, including investigation and reporting.
