We are seeking a full-time or part-time Staff Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking charge of patient care on each shift, ensuring accurate documentation, and reporting any concerns or incidents in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the nursing care of patients on each shift.
- Ensuring a high standard of care for all residents or patients is maintained at all times.
- Building strong relationships with residents or patients to understand their needs.
- Ensuring all documentation relating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting any concerns/incidents for the safety and welfare of patients and staff members in a timely manner.
- Maintaining hygiene standards in the premises.

Essential Criteria:
- Registered nurse with the NMBI Pin.
- Minimum 6 months of post-graduate care in a hospital or nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Practice a person-centered approach in patient care.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of HIQA Regulations and standards.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.
Shift Details:
- Shift Time: 07:00 - 09:00 hours.
- Shift Days: Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Job Type: Part-time.
- COVID-19 considerations: Wearing of masks, PPE, and constant proper handwashing/sanitation.
