Job Description
Registered Nurses required for positions in Little Island, Cork, with Laya Healthcare and Cpl Healthcare partnership.
We are seeking experienced nurses to fill two vacancies, one for a Nurse Manager and one for a Registered General Nurse.
Nurse Manager
The successful candidate will have a mix of adult and paediatric experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a nursing role.
- 5+ years nursing experience
- ED and ward nurse experience
- Mix of adult and paediatric experience
- Previous management experience is essential
Registered General Nurse
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience post-qualification in an acute hospital setting, with a strong background in paediatrics.
- Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives
- A minimum of 2 years' experience post-qualification in an acute hospital setting
- Experience in Emergency Department would be highly desirable
- Paediatric training/experience would be beneficial
Requirements
- Full NMBI registration
- A minimum of two years post-graduate experience working in a busy acute hospital
- Previous/Current ED experience is very desirable
- Previous experience working with paediatrics is also advantageous
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
Working Conditions
Typical rosters run from 09:30am – 10:30pm, 3 days a week, with some weekend work required.
