Job Description
Paediatrics Nurse sought for a challenging role in Cork, providing exceptional care to children and their families, with a focus on comprehensive needs assessments and tailored care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Deliver exceptional care while fostering strong professional relationships with children and their families.
- Take responsibility for the nursing care of allocated patients on each shift.
- Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues as necessary.
- Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Registration on the Paediatrics or General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Experience within Paediatrics or Dual qualifications in Paediatrics nursing.
- Exhibit strong communication and clinical skills.
- Maintain fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Be computer literate.
- Show flexibility and excellent use of initiative.
