Job Description
Staff Nurse responsibilities include delivering skilled practical care to patients, participating in monitoring and planning, and ensuring a patient-centered focus. Key responsibilities also include practicing nursing according to the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining a high standard of professional behavior, and respecting patient privacy and dignity. Additional duties include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, promoting person-centered care, and participating in staff development programs. The ideal candidate will be registered with NMBI, have at least one year of recent relevant post-registration nursing experience, and hold up-to-date Basic Life Support training. Clinical skills, IT skills, quality focus, risk management, clinical audit, team work, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
