Staff Nurse position available with a leading healthcare provider in Co. Kerry, requiring a highly skilled and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional patient care.
As a Staff Nurse with our client, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of nurses to ensure a high standard of care. You will be expected to maintain a patient-centred approach, remaining professional and courteous at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting a safe and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual patient needs are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursing role
- Registered Nurse in Ireland and Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Prior experience in elderly care a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Package:
- Competitive hourly rate of €19.00 – €21.00, dependent on experience and qualifications
